曲美他嗪在冠心病合并糖尿病治疗中的应用体会

Sibutramine Trimetazidine in Coronary Heart Disease and Application Experience in the Treatment of Diabetes

目的探究冠心病合并糖尿病患者采用曲美他嗪治疗的方法和效果。方法选取2014年4月—2015年6月收治的81例冠心病合并糖尿病患者进行治疗,随机分组,实验组47例选择曲美他嗪的治疗,对照组34例患者采取常规的治疗药物,比较两组患者心率、血压、心绞痛的发作次数和持续时间以及血糖情况。结果实验组治疗总有效率为93.62%,对照组治疗总有效率为82.35%。实验组患者得到更加显著的治疗效果,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后实验组患者心绞痛的持续时间和发作次数都明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但在血糖、血压和心理上两组患者治疗后都得到改善,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者治疗前左心室射血分数、左心室短轴缩短率和心肌血流量没有较大差异,治疗后实验组患者的各项心功能指标明显好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论冠心病合并糖尿病患者采用曲美他嗪的治疗,可明显降低血糖,缓解心绞痛症状,疗效显著,安全性高,很少有不良反应的出现。

Objective To explore the patients with coronary heart disease and diabetes mellitus by using the method and effect of trimetazidine treatment Sibutramine.Methods April 2014-2015 year in June 81 cases of patients with coronary heart disease and diabetes treatment,were randomly divided into experimental group 47 cases of treatment Sibutramine trimetazidine,treated by conventional drug control group of 34 patients,the number of patients were compared between the two groups of heart rate and blood pressure,angina and duration and blood glucose.Results The total effective rate was 93.62%in the experimental group and 82.35% in the control group.In the experimental group,there were more significant therapeutic effects,and it was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The duration of angina pectoris and the number of attacks in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）,but there was no significant difference in blood glucose,blood pressure and psychological treatment of the two groups after treatment,no significant difference（P〈0.05）.There were no significant differences in left ventricular ejection fraction,left ventricular shortening rate and myocardial blood flow in the two groups before treatment,and the heart function index in the experimental group was significantly better than that in control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Patients with coronary heart disease complicated with diabetes treated by Qu Mei trimetazidine,can significantly reduce blood glucose,alleviate the symptoms of angina pectoris,obvious curative effect,high safety,there is little adverse reaction.
