妊娠期糖尿病即时检验糖化血红蛋白的疗效分析

Gestational Diabets Instant Curative Effect Analysis of Glycosylated Hemoglobin Test

目的分析妊娠期糖尿病即时检验糖化血红蛋白的疗效。方法选取2014年2月—2015年2月于该院进行产前检查妊娠期孕妇共80例。其中有40例为妊娠期糖尿病患者作为观察组,40名正常孕妇作为对照组。给予80例孕妇口服糖耐量治疗,检测并记录孕妇空腹血糖值及糖化血红蛋白指标。结果 40例孕妇给予口服糖耐量治疗后,两组孕妇的空腹血糖含量差异无统计学意义P>0.05;观察组妊娠期糖尿病患者即时检验糖化血红蛋白的检测敏感度为81.7%,特异度为95.3%,准确度为89.3%,与空腹血糖及糖耐量检测相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床上采用妊娠期糖尿病即时检验糖化血红蛋白具有较好的疗效,提高妊娠期孕妇糖尿病检测的准确性,具有临床推广应用价值。

Objective To analyze gestational diabetes instant test the curative effect of glycosylated hemoglobin.Methods Selected from February 2014 to February 2015 in our hospital for antenatal examination,a total of 80 cases of pregnant women during pregnancy.There are 40 cases of gestational diabetes patients as observation group,40 cases of normal pregnant women as control group.For 80 cases of pregnant women oral glucose tolerance treatment,pregnant women were measured and recorded on an empty stomach blood sugar levels and glycosylated hemoglobin target.Results 40 cases of pregnant women to give an oral glucose tolerance after treatment,two groups of fasting blood glucose levels in pregnant women with no obvious difference,P〈0.05,no statistical significance; Observation group of patients with gestational diabetes realtime inspection of glycosylated hemoglobin test sensitivity was 81.7%,95.3%,the accuracy is 89.3%,compared with fasting glucose and glucose tolerance test,has significant difference,P〈0.05,with statistical significance.Conclusion Clinical use gestational diabetes real-time inspection glycosylated hemoglobin has good curative effect,improve the accuracy of the pregnant women during pregnancy diabetes detection,have clinical application value.
