摘要
目的探讨应用免散瞳眼底镜检查在社区糖尿病患者眼底筛查和糖尿病视网膜病变诊断分期及指导治疗中的应用价值。方法对890例糖尿病患者(1 780只眼)进行常规眼底检查并将结果进行整理分期。结果 890例糖尿病患者检出糖尿病视网膜病变者共196(362只眼)例,根据I^II期药物治疗,III^IV期全视网膜激光光凝治疗,V^VI期进行玻璃体切割术治疗的原则进行指导治疗,前往专业眼科机构进行治疗,治疗后社区进行随访。结论免散瞳眼底镜检查是社区早期诊断糖尿病视网膜病变的有效工具,对社区糖尿病视网膜病变的筛查的重要手段。
Objective To study the application of free mydriatic fundus ophthalmoscope examination in the community diabetes patients and diabetic retinopathy diagnosis in installment application value and guiding treatment.Methods 890 cases of diabetic patients（1 780 eyes） of routine fundus examination and finishing stages will result.Detection.Results 890 cases of diabetic patients with diabetic retinopathy is a total of 196 cases（362 eyes）,according to the I-II drug therapy,III-IV whole retinal laser photocoagulation therapy,V-VI phases for the treatment of vitreous cut principle for guiding treatment,to professional eye treatment,community follow-up after treatment.Conclusion Free mydriatic funduscopic examination for early diagnosis of diabetic retinopathy is a community of effective tools,to the community an important means of screening of diabetic retinopathy.
