1型糖尿病患儿整体护理效果的临床分析

Clinical Observation of Holistic Nursing Effect of Type 1 Diabetes in Children

目的观察1型糖尿病患儿整体护理效果。方法该院收治的80例1型糖尿病患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各40例患儿,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予患儿针对性的个体化整体护理方案和措施,观察两组患儿的并发症总发生率和护理满意度。结果对照组并发症总发生率为27.50%,护理满意度为72.50%,观察组并发症总发生率为7.50%,护理满意度为95.00%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或0.01)。结论整体护理能够降低1型糖尿病患儿并发症发生率,提高护理满意度,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate with type 1 diabetes in children holistic nursing effect.Methods In our hospital,80 patients with type 1 diabetes for the study,the children were randomly divided into targeted individual holistic nursing programs and measures in the control group and the observation group with 40 patients in the control group received routine care,observation group observed two groups of children overall incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction.Results In the control group,the overall complication rate was 27.50%,72.50% satisfaction nursing observation group total complication rate was 7.50%,95.00% nursing satisfaction,differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05 or 0.01）.Conclusion The holistic nursing of children with type 1 diabetes can reduce the incidence of complications,improve nursing satisfaction,should be widely applied.
