不同护理干预对糖尿病足的护理效果比较

Nursing Effect of Different Nursing Intervention on Diabetic Foot

目的探讨不同护理干预对糖尿病足的护理效果。方法选取在2013年1月—2014年10月,该院收治的90例糖尿病足患者为研究对象,随机分成护理组和对照组,各45例。护理组采用综合护理干预措施,对照组采用常规的护理方式,比较两组患者的临床护理效果。结果护理组患者临床护理的总有效率为97.8%,对照组为88.9%;护理组患者对护理的满意率为100.0%,对照组患者对护理的满意率为84.5%。两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预措施有利于提高患者临床治疗效果,并显著地提高患者对治疗的满意度。

Objective To explore the nursing effect of different nursing intervention on diabetic foot.Methods in January2013—2014 October,our hospital treated 90 cases of diabetic foot patients for the study were randomly divided into nursing group and control group,45 cases in each.Nursing group by comprehensive nursing intervention,the control group received routine nursing,compared two groups of patients with clinical nursing effect.Results total efficiency of clinical nursing in nursing care of patients was 97.8%,88.9% in the control group; nursing care of patients for nursing satisfaction rate was100.0% in the control group on nursing satisfaction rate was 84.5%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion comprehensive nursing intervention measures to improve the clinical treatment effect and significantly improve the satisfaction of patients to treatment.
