糖尿病合并脑梗塞患者的临床护理研究

Clinical Care of Patients with Cerebral Infarction Diabetes

目的研究分析糖尿病合并脑梗塞患者的临床护理方法。方法抽选2014年2月—2015年2月该院接收的80例糖尿病合并脑梗塞患者,随机分成研究组和常规组,对常规组40例患者实施常规的护理,在此基础上对研究组40例患者实施心理疏导、健康宣教、饮食和用药、功能康复指导等综合护理,对比两组护理效果。结果研究组患者血糖控制水平和肢体肌力恢复水平均明显优于常规组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论对糖尿病合并脑梗塞患者实施心理疏导、功能康复指导等综合护理干预措施有利于控制患者的血糖水平,促进患者肢体技能的康复,值得推广。

Objective Research and analysis in diabetic patients with cerebral infarction clinical nursing.Methods Lottery in February 2014-February 2015 in our hospital received 80 cases of diabetic patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into study group and the conventional group,40 cases of conventional routine care for patients,on the basis of the study group,40 patients embodiment psychological counseling,health education,diet and madeiation,functional rehabilitation guidance comprehensive care,compared two groups of nursing effect.Results Control blood sugar levels in patients with the study group and limb muscle recovery was significantly better than the conventional gruop,P〈0.05,statistically significant.Conclusion Diabetic patients with cerebral infarction implement comprehensive nursing intervention psychological counseling,guidance and other functional rehabilitation help control blood sugar levels in patients,promote the rehabilitation of limb skills,worthy of promotion.
