摘要
武汉某超高层项目高度为147 m,在四层楼面进行转换,转换层以上为剪力墙结构,转换层往下为部分框支剪力墙+框架结构。该文章利用midas building软件对转换层楼板进行小震及大震下的分析与设计,确保该转换层楼板能够满足工程需求。
The height of a super-high project is 147 m. The conversion layer is in the fourth floor. Above of the con- version layer is the shear wall structure, down of the conversion layer is part frame shearing force wall structure＋ frame structure . The article uses midas building software to analyze and design the conversion layers under small and strong earthquakes to ensure that the transfer floor can satisfy engineering demand.
