摘要
通过分析BIM技术在项目建设过程中的优势,并结合BIM软件Autodesk公司Revit与Navisworks软件功能分析,探索研究BIM技术在施工过程中对于施工方案的优化作用,包括施工场地布置优化、机械设备选择优化以及施工技术方案优化,并提出基于BIM的施工优化流程。研究表明BIM技术的可视化、参数化、信息化特点可以较好地服务于项目工程建设,提高施工方案编制的科学性,降低施工风险。
By analyzing the advantages of BIM technology application for engineering construction ,as well as combining Autodesk Revit and Navisworks functions,BIM (building information modeling)is able to optimize the construction program, including the optimization of construction site layout, selection of mechanical equipment and construction technical schemes,then the construction process based on BIM is proposed. The research shows that the visualization, parameterization and information characteristics of BIM can better serve the project construction,such as improving the scientific nature of the construction program,and reducing the risk of construction.
