This paper introduces the general engineering construction projects of hazards identification and risk analysis methods, expounds the emergency response measures after the accident and accident treatment procedures and methods, reiterates about risk analysis in project construction safety management and the points of accident treatment, combining with the characteristics of the engineering construction project.
