摘要
阐述中医外治法的概念、理论基础及分类,较系统地描述了敷脐、推拿、中药灌肠等中医外治法在小儿腹泻治疗中的应用和研究现状,分析了其在小儿腹泻治疗中的优势与不足,以期能为临床实践提供参考。
In this paper we expound concept, theoretical basis and classification of external treatments of Chinese Medicine and systematically describe the application and elinical research of external treatments of Chinese medicine for pediatric diarrhea, induding application therapy, tuina, enema, etc. We present the advantages and disadvantages while external treatments of Chinese medicine are applied in the treatment of pediatric diarrhea, and it is expected that this paper may provide valuable information for clinical practice.
