信息技术的不断发展及新型作战装备的不断涌现,标远程探测及精确制导能力大幅提升,海战场电磁频谱管理效能直接影响信息的获取、传输、交换和处理,成为作战顺利进行的关键因素,面临的挑战也日趋严峻。论文在研究海战场电磁频谱控制技术面临新挑战的基础上,分析了国外电磁频谱控制技术发展趋势,提出了对我国海战场电磁频谱控制技术发展的启示和建议,为后续电磁频谱控制技术发展提供借鉴和参考。

The continuous development of information technology and the constantly emerging of the new combat gear,lead to the improvement of remote detection and precision guidance ability.Naval battle field electromagnetic spectrum management efficiency directly affects the acquisition,transmission,exchange and processing of information,which becomes the key factor of operations run smoothly,and faces more serious challenges.Based on the new challenges faced by study of naval battle field control technology,the foreign electromagnetic spectrum control technology development trend is analyzed,and naval battle field electromagnetic spectrum enlightenment and suggestions on the development of control technology are put forward to provide reference for subsequent electromagnetic spectrum control technology development and reference.
