高职院校教学质量保障与监控体制机制的实践探索——基于黑龙江职业学院的实践与思考

高等职业教育地位日渐突起,教学质量保障与监控问题越来越成为社会关注的焦点。黑龙江职业学院通过成立质量监控中心、构建教学质量保障与监控组织系统、完善制度标准、合理确定监控内容、保证运行顺畅有效等体制机制创新手段,探索了一条有效保障与监控教学质量的新机制,提高了人才培养质量和办学效益。

The status of vocational education has increasingly improved, teaching quality assurance and monitoring has increasingly become the focus of attention Through the innovative approaches of establishing quality control center, constructing teaching quality guarantee and monitoring organization system, improving the system standard, determining reasonably the monitoring content, and ensuring smooth and effective operation, this paper explored a new mechanism to effectively ensure and monitor the teaching quality, so as to improve the quality of personnel training and operating efficiency.
