摘要
为了进一步实现企业战略目标,提高员工工作积极性和工作效率,使其能够及时发现工作中的不足,提升企业整体运行效率,更好地解决企业绩效管理问题。从企业实际绩效管理问题出发,结合前人研究成果和实际工作体会,提出了相应的绩效管理措施。
In order to achieve corporate strategic goals, improve motivation and productivity of employees, so that they can detect the lack of work timely, enhance the overall operational performance management. From the actual issues of enterprises efficiency, and better address the issues of enterprises performance management, combined with the results of previous studies and practical work experience, this paper put forward appropriate performance management measures.
