高校青年教师参加培训情况的分析——以广东省某高校为例

高校教师培训目前是高校发展的热门话题。由于现代化教育技术高速发展，教学理念和教学方法层出不穷，不断更新，这使传统的教学模式和理念都受到了严、峻的挑战，加上年轻教师大量涌入高校，因此对青年教师的培训显得尤为重要。青年教师如何尽快适应高校教学环境、过教学关成为培训需要关注的重要问题。本文的青年教师主要是指40岁以下的教师。本文将针对广东省某高校青年教师的培训情况进行分析。

The training of teachers in universities and colleges has become a popular topic. Due to the fact that the morden teaching technology has quickly developed, teaching theories and methods are updated constandy, which brings a huge challenge to the traditional teaching models. What is more, more and more young teachers are joning, which makes traning become siginificant. How to adapt to the new environment becomes an important target to training. This article is going to analyze the situation of young teachers aged under 40 attending traning.
