摘要
青海省经济和城市建设的快速发展增加了对住房的有效需求，房地产业已经成为推动青海经济发展的重要动力。本文通过建立符合青海省住房的需求模型。对其房地产的发展现状进行分析，期望发现影响青海省住房需求的因素。
With the rapid development of economy and city＇s construction in Qinghai province, it will increase the effective demand for housing, the real estate industry has become the main power to promote Qinghai＇s economic development. This article sets up a housing demand model of Qinghai province, and it analyzes the development of real estate in Qinghai, and expects to discover the actors in the demand for Qinghai＇s housing.
