东海钢铁自备电厂辅机高压变频改造

摘要 目前,火电生产企业辅机能耗高,而且电网对发电机组参与调峰的能力要求越来越高,更使辅机能耗居高不下,严重制约了经济效益的提高。对电站主要辅机中的风机进行变频改造,其节能效果非常明显。因此,采用高压变频节能技术,以其卓越的调速性能、完善的保护功能、显著的节能效果和容易与DCS自动控制系统接口实现自动调节等特点(同时,实施变频改造后能优化机组的调节性能,有利于机组的稳定运行),必将在电厂送/引风机等高压大容量旋转设备改造中得到广泛的应用。 At present, thermal power production enterprises, high energy consumption of the auxiliary of generator and power ability to participate in load demand is higher and higher, more make auxiliary energy consumption high, seriously restrict the improvement of economic benefits.For the fan in the power plant main auxiliary inverter, its energy saving effect is very obvious.Therefore, adopts high voltage frequency conversion energy- saving technology, with its excellent performance of speed and perfect protection function, remarkable energy saving effect, and easy to implement interface with DCS automatic control system for automatic adjustment characteristics (at the same time, after the implementation of inverter can optimize the regulation performance of the unit, the stable running of the unit), will certainly to send/induced draft fan in power plant and so on high pressure big volume has been widely used in rotating equipment modification.
