基于Android平台的小型减震纸箱包装机远程控制系统

摘要 针对当前淘宝小型网店卖家没有一种高效包装快递商品的现状,项目组设计了一种新型智能的小型减震纸箱包装机。该包装机不仅可以再无人干预得环境下完成商品自动打包包装,还支持远程控制与监控功能。基于本项目组所设计的小型纸箱包装机,本文就对其中的远程控制系统进行了深入的探讨。此监控系统综合了Android平台、单片机传感器模块和远程服务器:通过单片机传感模块采集或接收作业数据,并将数据发送给机载Android平板(称为控制端)并由此发送到服务器端,可以实现在监控端对纸箱包装机的纸箱包装型号(不同大小物品对应标准纸箱型号不同)、缓冲材料充填情况等进行远程操作,和对运行参数(供电状况、已完成数量、包装速度、包装材料余量等)的远程监控。通过模拟实验表明,此系统可以良好的完成所设计的功能。 View of the Taobao sellers with no efficient way to packing goods for express delivery. We designed a new type of intelligent and efficient carton packaging machine, which can complete packaging work in the absence of human and support remote control and monitoring functions. Based on the project "The design of small damping carton packaging machine" , this article mainly focuses on the monitoring system. This monitoring system is integrated with Android Platform, single chip sensing module and remote server the SCM. Sensor module collects data of the working process and sends them to the on board Android tablet(called control terminal) while the remote server plays the role of a transit station to make sure that the communication between the control side and the monitoring terminal works well. Client tablet(called monitoring terminal) controls the size of the carton(different good corresponding different size of carton), the operation of filling cushioning material, and operating parameters(the status of power, the number of complete, packaging speed, the margin of packaging materials). Our experiments show that this system over-fulfilled the designed functions.
