热释光读出器加热带结构仿真设计及其尺寸优化研究

摘要 目的:针对热释光读出器加热带热接触敏感问题,以CAD/CAE仿真分析和实验结果为参照,研制出施力均匀、结构合理的加热带。方法:采用不同工艺加工成型加热带,基于调校准值光路系统、校准光源和稳定可靠供电系统进行实验评价,得出实验结果;建立加热带三维模型,利用Ansys软件对不同结构的模型施加模拟压力及热载荷,分析加热带结构变形工况下对热传递均匀性的影响。结果:不同加工工艺的加热带结构尺寸误差差异较大,其中尺寸误差量较大的加热带对热传导特性影响显著;通过建立相应三维模型进行分析计算,得出因加热带结构尺寸误差而产生的不同热接触工况分析结果,为加热带优化设计提供了参考依据。结论:仿真数据和实验测试结果的比较表明,仿真分析方法可以对成型结构尺寸进一步优化提供重要指导,可有效提升设计质量,提高设计效率。 Objective To refer CAD/CAE simulation analysis and experimental results to solve the problems due to thermocontact sensitivity of the heating belt of the thermoluminescence reader. Methods Different techniques were used to shape the heating belts, and then experimental results were obtained through the evaluation based on calibration light path system, calibration light source and stable power supply system. 3D model of heating belt was established, and Ansys software was used to load simulated pressure and thermal force on the model to analyze the influences of malformation of the heating belt on thermal transfer uniformity. Results Different techniques resulted in significant differences between dimension errors, and the heating belt with big dimension error influenced thermal conduction greatly. 3D model could be applied to analyzing the thermocontact conditions resulting from the dimension error of the heating belt, and could lay a foundation for optimization design of the heating belt. Conclusion The comparison between the simulation data and experimental results shows the simulation analysis may guide the optimization of structure and dimension.
