Design and application of intelligent self-service machine for medical examination

目的:设计智能化体检自助机,减少体检前多次排队,建立信息化服务模式。方法:采用自助模式,以身份证为主要的信息读取方式,在原有的体检系统上进行软件设计,并结合计算机触屏等硬件组成一体机,实现自助预约体检、自助缴费、自动打印与刷号、打印团队体检单、健康管理信息采集、健康信息查询、服务评价等功能。结果:该体检自助机可一站式完成体检流程,提高工作效率,完善健康管理信息。结论:该体检自助机实现了体检数字化、管理智能化、服务人性化,值得推广应用。

Objective To develop an intelligent self-service medical examination machine to reduce the waiting time consumed due to multiple times of queuing. Methods The machine was developed with self-service mode, information acquisition mode based on ID card, software design, touch screen and etc, which realized the self-service functions of examination appointment, paying, printing, information acquisition and inquiry, service evaluation and etc. Results The machine implemented one-station medical examination, and enhanced the efficiency greatly. Conclusion The machine achieves digital medical examination, intelligent health management and human-oriented service, and thus is worthy popularizing practically.
