检验危急值快速报告方式的研究

Critical value rapid reporting mode for clinical laboratory results

目的:快捷、准确地获取检验危急值结果。方法:制定实验室信息系统(laboratory information system,LIS)报告和双通道报告(即LIS和电话同时报告)检验危急值的标准、流程并进行监管。采用χ2检验、Pearson相关系数、数据差Shapiro-Wilk检验及秩和检验法对LIS报告和双通道报告结果获取时间、回复率进行比较。结果:与LIS报告相比,双通道报告13 min即可完成检验危急值由检验科发出,经护士工作站再到医生无误获取结果的过程,比LIS报告时间显著缩短(P<0.05);双通道报告护士回复率及医生回复率也显著增高(P<0.000 01)。结论:双通道报告检验危急值回复时间、回复率都优于LIS报告检验危急值,缩短了报告时限,提高了报告准确性。

Objective To get the critical value for clinical laboratory results quickly and accurately. Methods The specification and flow for dual-channel critical value rapid reporting by LIS and telephone were established and supervised, and the two channels were compared for consumed time and feedback rate with 22 test, Pearson correlation coefficient, data difference Shapiro-Wilk test and rank-sum test. Results The reporting was completed within 13 min with the flow through clinical laboratory department, nurse workstation and doctor, and the time consumed was significantly less than that by LIS only （P〈0.05）. The feedback rates from the nurse and doctor were also significantly enhanced （P〈0.000 01）. Conclusion The dual- channel reporting behaves better than LIS in response time, feedback rate and accuracy.
