医院处方审核与点评系统的设计与实现

Construction of medical prescription checking and evaluating system in hospital

目的:规范处方用药,提高处方质量,促进合理用药,确保医疗安全。方法:利用SQL语句从医院信息系统(hospital information system,HIS)提取数据上传到中间库,医院处方点评系统从中间库读取数据,以实现处方审核信息化。结果:处方点评系统的实施,提高了药师处方审核效率和处方点评的合理性,医院处方合格率持续提高。结论:该系统为临床医生和药师的工作带来很大便利,有效控制了医生开出问题处方。

Objective To standardize prescription to ensure rational medication and medical safety. Methods SQL statements were used to extract data from HIS and then uploaded them to the middle database, and then the developed system read out data from the middle database to realize informatized prescription checking and evaluating. Results The developed system facilitated medical prescription checking and evaluating, and enhanced the qualification rate of medical prescription greatly. Conclusion The system brings great convenience to clinicians and pharmacists, and inhibits the problem prescription.
