摘要 介绍了实验动物用呼吸机、液态通气呼吸机、转运与睡眠辅助呼吸机、高频通气呼吸机、睡眠监测呼吸机和智能通气病床等各类型呼吸机,分析了呼吸机远程控制系统的进展,应用计算机控制系统的方法,解决了自动检测患者自主呼吸进而进行合理的比例通气的要求。指出了呼吸机一体化、智能化、产品多样化的未来发展方向以及高档次的呼吸机会朝着满足特定疾病需求的方向深入发展。 Types of ventilators were introduced including experimental animal ventilator, liquid ventilator, transport ventilator, high-frequency ventilator, sleep monitoring ventilator and etc. The progress of remote control system of the ventilator was analyzed. Computer control system was used to detect spontaneous breathing and realize proportional ventilation. It's pointed out that the ventilator had the trends to integration, intelligentization and diversification and high-grade ventilator would be tailored based on the requirements of specific diseases.
