鼠神经生长因子对糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效评估及药理分析

Curative effect evaluation and pharmacological analysis of mouse nerve growth factor for diabetic peripheral neuropathy

目的研究鼠神经生长因子对糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的疗效评估及药理分析。方法 120例DPN患者,随机分为试验组与对照组,各60例。对照组采用硫辛酸治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上联合鼠神经生长因子治疗。比较两组患者肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和白细胞介素-8(IL-8)水平以及正中神经、腓总神经的传导速度。结果治疗后,试验组TNF-α和IL-8水平低于对照组(P<0.05),试验组正中神经、腓总神经传导速度大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论使用鼠神经生长因子治疗DPN其临床疗效显著,值得在临床推广。

Objective To research curative effect by mouse nerve growth factor for diabetic peripheral neuropathy（DPN）. Methods A total of 120 DPN patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group received lipoic acid for treatment, and the experimental group received additional mouse nerve growth factor for treatment. Comparison was made on tumor necrosis factor-α（TNF-α）, interleukin-8（IL-8）, conduction velocity of median nerve and common peroneal nerve between the two groups. Results After treatment, the experimental group had lower TNF-α and IL-8 levels than the control group（P〈0.05）, and its conduction velocity of median nerve and common peroneal nerve were higher than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Mouse nerve growth factor provides precisely clinical effect in treating DPN, and it is worth clinical promotion.
