视网膜和视网膜色素上皮联合错构瘤1例

摘要 患者,女性,60岁。自述双眼视物模糊5年,近期加重,5年前曾于外地诊治时发现左眼＂视神经病变＂,未能明确诊断。专科检查：双眼裸眼视力：右眼0.5,左眼0.3,验光矫正：OD：＋0.75 DS矫正至1.0,OS：＋0.5 DS矫正至1.0。双眼眼压：OD：14 mm Hg（1 mm Hg=0.133 k Pa,OS：15 mmHg。眼前节检查：双眼结膜充血（＋）,角膜透明,房水清,
