摘要
面对全球正在孕育兴起的新一轮工业革命及"中国制造2025"的实行,分析了我国电加工行业存在的问题和需求,并将云制造思想应用到电加工领域,提出了电加工的云制造模式。在此基础上,研究了基于云制造的电加工云平台的体系构架、运行原理、电加工知识表示方法及云平台的网络实现方式。
Facing the rise of a new worldwide industrial revolution and the implementation of the ＂China manufacturing 2025＂,the exist problems and demand in China electromachining field are analyzed,then applying the thought of cloud manufacturing to electromachining field,and an electromachining model based on cloud manufacturing is proposed. On this basis,the system architecture,the operating principle,the method of representing EDM knowledge and the platform′ s network implementation of EDM cloud platform based on cloud manufacturing are studied.
