摘要
本文使用经典的稀释涂布平板培养法建立检测淤泥和浓缩液等放射性样品中是否有微生物生长的方法 ,主要检测其中的细菌和真菌总数。实验结果表明,淤泥样品中细菌总数范围为105~106个/g,真菌总数范围为10~103个/g;浓缩液样品中均未检出细菌和真菌。该方法可用于快速检测放射性样品中的细菌和真菌总数,对放射性废物后处理与处置方法的生物评价具有重要的参考意义。
This paper uses the classic dilution coating and plating culture to establish the detection method of whether microbes grew in the radioactive samples, such as sludge and concentrate, etc. and mainly detect the total number of bacteria and fungus. The experimental results show that, in sludge samples, the total number of bacteria range from 105 to 106cfu/g, and the total number of fungus range from 10 to 103cfu/g; In concentrate samples, no detection of bacteria and fungus. This method can be used for rapid detection of the total number of bacteria and fungus in radioactive samples, it has important reference value to biological assessment of radioactive waste treatment and disposal methods.
