钙钛矿太阳能电池的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 钙钛矿太阳能电池自2009年面世以来,能量转换效率的进步就已经超过普通的传统太阳能电池,作为一种新型可再生能源电池,备受科学界关注。为了进一步提高人们对于钙钛矿太阳能电池的认识,本文对钙钛矿太阳能电池的结构、制备以及材料的发展现状进行了详细调研和阐述,为人们的进一步研究奠定基础。
