摘要
当前石油行业整体步入寒冬期,那么如何进行节能降耗成为了降本增效的首要问题。而采油厂集输系统与泵站等电耗占石油采掘业第一能耗大户。在原油计量、油气集输、油气分离、原油脱水、原油稳定过程中,确定不同类型、不同层次节点和环节用能的有效评价方法,在此基础上进行配套集成,对集输系统整体用能进行分析评价。应用集输系统整体用能的分析评价方法和用能评价的指标体系,对集输系统的用能状况进行分析评价,分层绘制集油系统、站库、输油系统及其所辖装备、工艺环节、整个集输系统的能流图,分层次地把握集输系统能量利用的薄弱环节,为集输系统整体用能优化和技术升级改造提供指导。从而为节能降耗、降本增效找出一条有效途径,同时也为有效降低温室气体排放和实现我国的"碧水蓝天"环保工程尽一份力量。

Set application transmission system as a whole with energy analysis and assessment methods and can use evaluation index system, the gathering system used to analysis and evaluation, stratification drawing set oil system, a station, library, and oil transferring system and under the jurisdiction of the equipment, process, the entire set of transportation system can flow diagram, level to grasp the gathering system of energy utilization of the weak links, for gathering and transportation system as a whole can be used to provide guidance for the optimization and upgrading technology. To energy saving, lowering the efficiency to find out an effective way, but also to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and achieve environmental protection projects of the"clear water and blue sky" as a force.
