摘要
以乙酸铜为铜源、乙二醇和葡萄糖为还原剂,采用溶剂热法制备亚微米Cu_2O微球,并用X射线衍射(XRD)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)对其结构进行表征;通过藻细胞的内含物含量、生长代谢活性、形态的变化和藻细胞膜脂质过氧化分析,研究了亚微米Cu_2O微球在可见光下去除铜绿微囊藻的性能。结果表明:亚微米Cu_2O微球由10nm左右的Cu_2O纳米粒子聚集形成;在可见光下,亚微米Cu_2O微球的加入量为0.4g/L,3h后叶绿素a去除率可达到80.4%;亚微米Cu_2O微球通过光催化作用破坏藻细胞膜、降解藻细胞内含物、降低藻细胞代谢活性和破坏藻细胞形态,从而产生抑藻作用。
This paper prepared sub-micron Cu_2 O microspheres based on the reduction of copper acetate by reducing agent of ethylene glycol and glucose via solvent-thermal method.Then the structure of sub-micron Cu_2 O microspheres was characterized by XRD and TEM.Furthermore,the paper researched the effect of Microcystis aeruginosa removal by sub-micron Cu_2 O microspheres under visible light.Microcystis aeruginosaremoval was characterized by the content of cell inclusion such as chlorophyll a and total soluble protein;the metabolic activity of cell,the level of lipid peroxidation of cell membrane and the change of cell morphology was also investigated.The results showed that,the sub-micron Cu_2 O microspheres were aggregated by Cu_2 O nanoparticles with diameter of 10 nm.Assisted by visible light,the removal rate of Microcystis aeruginosa under 0.4g/L of sub-micron Cu_2 O microspheres was 80.4% after 3h.Sub-micron Cu_2 O microspheres disrupted the cell membrane and degraded the cell inclusion by photocatalytic oxidation,thus reduced the metabolic activity of Microcystis aeruginosacell and destroyed the cell morphology,and finally inhibited the growth of Microcystis aeruginosa.
