高校信息化建设发展策略

The Development Strategy of College Informatization Construction

随着信息化时代的发展,信息技术越来越被各界人士重视。《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》也明确提出,信息技术必须得到高度重视,教育界的信息化网络应超前部署,并把教育信息化纳入国家信息化发展的整体战略。为此,我们依据教育部部署高校十三五的规划,制定高校信息化建设发展目标,构建高校信息化管理体系,充分发挥高校教育化职能。因此,我们要对当前高校信息化的发展现状及信息化建设发展做以下深入研究。

With the development of informatization, information technology has been paid more and more attention. （The National Medium and Long-term Education Reforms and Develops the Plan Summary （2010-2020 Year））also mentioned clearly that information technology must be highly valued, the information network of educational world should be arranged in advance and educational informatization shall be included in the overall strategy of national irrformatization develop- ment. Therefore, based on China＇s development in the five years from 2016, we should set a goal for college informatiza- tion development, establish management system for college informatization and make full advantage of the education func- tion of college. Therefore, we need to explore the current development and construction of college informatization.
