摘要
互联网的迅速兴起是企业公关遇到的新的挑战,企业公关部门应该转变思想,审时度势,顺应新的舆论环境和宣传策略。本文首先分析了目前企业公共关系处理中存在的问题,互联网背景下公关工作的优势与劣势。然后提出了互联网环境下的公关应该具有互联网思维,并给出了互联网模式下企业公关的策略。
A rapid rise of the Internet is the enterprise's public relations to meet the new challenges, to corporate public relations department should change the ideas, consider the situation, adapt to the new environment of public opinion and propaganda strategy. This paper first analyzes the problems existed in the current corporate public relations handling, un- der the background of public relations to work the advantages and disadvantages of the Internet. And then, put forward the public relations thinking should be the Internet environment, and the public relations strategy for the enterprises of the Internet mode are presented.
