摘要
自2011年出台建立全科医生制度以来,我国各地区均积极进行了以全科医生为内涵的家庭健康契约式服务工作探索。湖南省从2013年开始实施家庭健康契约式服务试点工作,取得了一些成效,但同时也存在较大的困难和阻碍。本文主要阐述了家庭健康契约式服务的开展意义;并以湖南省为例,介绍了家庭健康契约式服务的开展现状;同时以开展意义和现状为基础,分析了家庭健康契约式服务开展中存在的问题,以期为家庭健康契约式服务的进一步建设提供借鉴。
Various regions in China have been exploring contracted family health service since the government implemented the system of general practitioners in 2011. Since Hunan Province began to practice the policy of contracted family health service in 2013,there were great achievements but the problems can not be ignored. The paper introduced the significance and status of the service with Hunan Province as a example,based on which the problems were also analyzed to provide references for the further implementation of the service.
