不同种类鱼中snrpc的组织表达特征研究

摘要 为了深入研究鱼类RNA剪接相关基因snrpc的作用机制,实验应用RT-PCR研究了斑马鱼成鱼组织中snrpc mRNA的表达模式,并比较分析了鲫鱼中snrpc的表达。结果显示,斑马鱼snrpc在垂体和卵巢中有表达,而鲫鱼中在肾脏、垂体和卵巢中有表达,表明snrpc在不同鱼类中具有组织表达的差异性。 In order to further study the mechanism of fish＇s snrpc relevant to RNA splicing,we researched the expres-sion of m RNA in zebrafish＇s and crucian carp＇s tissues by RT-PCR. Zebrafish＇s snrpc expression in the pituitary andoocyte,while the crucian carp＇s expression in kidney pituitary and oocyte. Preliminary results show that zebrafish＇s snrpc has specific expression in different tissue.
