乌梅散加减方治疗猪传染性胃肠炎效果研究

Effect of Porcine Transmissible Gastroenteritis Treatment of Plum Powder

该文研究乌梅散加减方对猪传染性胃肠炎治疗效果。试验选用120头患有传染性胃肠炎的仔猪,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组60头。治疗组病猪采用乌梅散加减方水煎液灌服,1剂/d,连用5d;对照组病猪肌肉注射氟苯尼考和硫酸庆大霉素,剂量分别为20mg/kg·体重和1~2mg/kg·体重,2次/d,连续5d。结果,乌梅散治疗组的治愈率、有效率以及总有效率都显著（P〈0.05）高于对照组,而无效率显著（P〈0.05）低于对照组。表明中药复方乌梅散加减方对猪传染性胃肠炎有较好的治疗效果,可以用于临床猪传染性胃肠炎疾病的治疗。

In this study,to investigate the effect of Plum powder on porcine transmissible gastroenteritis,120 piglets were randomly divided into treatment group（n=60）and control group,60 cases in each group. The treatment group treated with plum powder decoction,and the control group treated with injecting florfenicol. The time of treatment all were five days. The result showed that cure rate,efficiency and total efficiency in treatment group all were significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. It was indicated that traditional Chinese medicine compound plum powder has better curative effect on porcine transmissible gastroenteritis than that of chemical drug,and it can be used for clinical treatment of porcine transmissible gastroenteritis disease.
