摘要
目的探讨天麻素静脉滴注加半导体激光穴位照射对椎动脉型颈椎病的协同疗效。方法将100例椎动脉型颈椎病患者随机分为治疗组50例和对照组50例。两组均进行天麻素静脉滴注,治疗14d治疗组另加用半导体激光穴位照射。结果治疗组改善指数明显大于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论天麻素静脉滴注加半导体激光穴位照射,对椎动脉型颈椎病疗效明显优于天麻素单纯静脉滴注。
Objective To investigate the coordinating effects of gastrodin combined with semiconductor laser in the treatment of cervial spondylotic - vertebral ateriopathy (CSA). Methods 100 patients with CSA were randomly divided into treatment group (50 cases)and control group (50 cases). Intravenous drip of gastrodin was used in both groups. Semiconductor laser acupoint radiation was added in the treatment group. The two groups were both treated for 14d. Results Improvement indexes in treatment group was significantly higher than those in control group (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Therapeutic effects of gastrodin combined with semiconductor laser in the treatment of CSA is superior to gastrodin alone.
