我国与“一带一路”沿线国家跨境电商物流的协作发展

The Study of Collaborative Development of Cross-border E-commerce Logistics in Countries along the Belt and Road

"一带一路"战略下,要实现跨境电子商务的大力发展,与之配套的跨境电商物流起着基础和支撑作用。要使跨境电商物流顺畅高效,离不开与"一带一路"沿线国家和地区的协作发展。目前,我国与"一带一路"沿线国家和地区跨境电商物流协作过程中仍存在诸多问题,如物流费用高、运输时间长、通关效率低、物流通道基础设施建设滞后等。因此,应积极运用各种联运方式,加快建设跨境电商物流海外仓库,改善通关环境,构建跨境电商物流信息平台,探索高质量、高效率的跨境电商物流,为"一带一路"战略的全面实施提供有力保障。

In the light of the Belt and Road initiative, the cross-border e-commerce logistics should play the fundamental and supporting role in promoting the vigorous development of cross-border e-commerce. The smooth and effective development of cross-border e-commerce logistics will depend on the collaborative development of countries along the Belt and Road. At present, there are still some problems with the collaborative development, such as the high logistic cost, the long transportation time, the low efficiency of customs clearance, the lagged behind logistic infrastructure construction, etc. So, we should actively use all kinds of transport mode, develop modern overseas logistics warehouse of cross-border e-commerce, improve the environment of customs clearance, build a logistics information platform for cross-border e-commerce, and explore the development of cross-border e-commerce logistics with high quality and efficiency for the comprehensive implementation of the Belt and Road initiative.
