产业创新系统理论的演进脉络与学术前沿

The Theoretically Evolutionary Choroid of Industrial Innovation System and Its Academic Frontier

产业异质性、文化根植性和发展阶段差异性使得基于发达国家创新情景开展的产业创新系统研究在指导发展中国家产业创新实践方面存在一些不适应性。将产业创新系统研究演进置于相应的社会经济变化之中进行考察,以探寻产业创新的社会生态原因。借助文献计量工具,筛选出1965年以来国际产业创新系统研究领域的核心文献,从研究分布、知识联系及热点领域等方面对相关研究进行系统梳理,理清产业创新系统理论的演进脉络。分析发现,产业创新系统是一个以技术创新演化理论为基础,以国家创新系统理论为来源,以产业集群和知识管理研究为核心的与时俱进、紧密贴合人类发展实践的整体。现有成果对处于不同发展阶段、具有不同创新基础的产业创新问题关注不够,对"互联网+"背景下的产业创新问题回应不足。从产业创新系统的研究脉络和演进趋势看,未来产业创新系统的研究边界会进一步弱化,能源与环境问题会继续成为研究热点,"互联网+"背景下的产业创新问题会成为更具活性的研究领域。

There are some inadaptability of the research about industrial innovation system of the developed countries in guiding the practice of industrial innovation of the developing countries,which is greatly affected by their industry heterogeneity,cultural grounding and difference of developmental stage. Embedding the evolution of industrial innovation system in the appropriate socio- economic framework,the article attempts to explore the social and ecological causes for industrial innovation. By means of the bibliometric tools,the core literature within the research field of the international industry innovation system since 1965 is selected.Under the background of social- economic change,the related results are systematically combed in terms of research distribution,knowledge connection and hot areas so as to clarify the research choroid of industrial innovation system. It is revealed that Industrial innovation system is integrity full of developmental practice in line with the times,based on the evolutionary theory of technological innovation,rooted in the systematic theory of national innovation,centered on the Industrial clusters and knowledge management. The existing achievements give insufficient concern about industrial innovation in different developmental stages and different innovative foundation. Those achievements also offer no inadequate response to industrial innovation under the ＂Internet ＋ ＂background. Viewed from research choroid and evolutionary trends of industrial innovation,the research borders of future industrial innovation system is to be weakened,the energy and environmental issues will continue to be hot topics,industry innovation under the ＂Internet ＋ ＂background will become a new area of research.
