摘要
目的探讨医护一体化快速康复护理在小儿鼾症手术治疗中的应用效果。方法对该科2013年6月—2015年6月100例小儿鼾症患儿分别在围术期应用一体化快速康复护理及常规护理,比较二种方法的效果。结果术后一体化护理患儿在术后出血率、住院时间、住院费、满意度用四方面都优于常规护理(P<0.05)。结论对鼾症患儿实施一体化护理,降低患儿出血率、减少患儿住院时间、降低患儿住院费用、提高患者满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of health care integration rapid rehabilitation nursing in operation in the treatment of children with snoring.Methods From June 2013 to June 2015,100 cases snoring children tereated in author＇s department in the perioperation received integration rapid rehabilitation care and routine care respectively,and then the effect was compared.Results The postoperative bleeding rate,hospitalization time,hospitalization expenses and satisfaction of the integrated nursing children were better than those of the conventional nursing in four aspects.Conclusion Implementation of integrated nursing care of children with snoring disease patients,decreased after surgery in children with bleeding rate,shorten the hospitalization time,reduce hospital costs and improve customer satisfaction.
