持续灌洗结合负压封闭引流治疗四肢软组织缺损伴感染的护理分析

EXPERIENCE OF CONTINUOUS LAVAGE COMBINED WITH VACUUM SEALING DRAINAGE NURSING IN THE TREATMENT OF SOFT TISSUE DEFECTS OF THE EXTREMITIES WITH INFECTION

目的分析持续灌洗结合负压封闭引流治疗四肢软组织缺损伴感染的护理方法及其效果。方法采用回顾性方法分析,选取该院2011年8月—2013年8月收治的81例四肢软组织缺损伴感染患者的临床资料,所有患者均给予持续灌洗联合负压封闭引流治疗,随机分为对照组(40例)和观察组(41例),对照组给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上给予整体护理,比较二组患者护理效果。结果观察组优良率(95.12%)、换药次数(1.44±0.52)次、住院天数(15.32±2.41)d、并发症发生率(4.88%)均优于对照组(82.50%、3.23±1.25、19.12±1.96、15.00%),其差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论持续灌洗结合负压封闭引流是一种治疗全身感染的新方法,联合全面护理,如:心理护理、健康教育、饮食护理、运动锻炼等,有利于患者早日康复,提高生活质量。

Objective To analyze effect of continuous lavage combined with vacuum sealing drainage nursing method of treatment of limbs soft tissue defect with infection.Methods A retrospectively research was performed the clinical data using the method in author＇s hospital from August 2011 to August 2013 in August admitted 81 cases of soft tissue defects of the extremities with infection of patients.All patients were treated with vacuum sealing drainage in the treatment of continuous irrigation,were randomly divided into control group（40 cases）and observation group（41 cases）.The control group was given the routine nursing,while the observation group based on the holistic nursing care,then the two groups of patients with nursing effect was compared.Results In the observation group,the excellent and good rate was 95.12%,the number of dressing changes was（1.44±0.52）and hospital stay was（15.32±2.41）days,its complication rate（4.88%）was better than the control group（82.50%,3.23 ±1.25,19.12±1.96,15%）,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Continuous lavage combined with vacuum sealing drainage is a new method for the treatment of systemic infection,combined with comprehensive care,such as psychological nursing,health education,diet nursing,exercise,is conducive to the early recovery of patients,can improve the quality of life.
