心理护理干预在直肠癌1.5T MRI检查中的应用效果分析

CLINICAL EFFECT OF PSYCHOLOGICAL NURSING INTERVENTION IN COLORECTAL CANCER AND 1.5T MRI CHECK

目的分析心理护理干预在直肠癌1.5TMRI检查中的应用效果。方法选取该院2010年8月—2014年12月收治的79例直肠癌患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组41例与对照组38例。二组患者均给予常规护理及1.5TMRI。观察组加用心理护理。比较二组1.5TMRI检查后患者情绪变化,包括焦虑评分(SAS)和抑郁评分(SDS)评分、睡眠质量评分;血压、心率变化;紧张情绪、移动性伪影的发生率及对临床诊断的影响。结果 1二组SAS、SDS、睡眠质量评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2检查前对照组舒张压、收缩压、心率均显著高于观察组,二组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3二组紧张情绪发生率为31.6%(12/38)、9.6%(4/41),二组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。二组移动性伪影分生率为15.8%(6/38)、4.9%(2/41);影响临床诊断发生率为分别为13.2%(5/38)、2.4%(1/41),二组比较差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论心理护理干预在直肠癌1.5TMRI检查中,可以改善SAS、SDS、睡眠质量评分,不增加患者心率及血压,同时有效缓解患者的紧张情绪发生率,以提高1.5TMRI诊断效果,有临床推广应用的价值。

Objective To analyze the effect of psychological nursing intervention in colorectal cancer and1.5T MRI check.Methods We analyed 79 cases who had colorectal cancer from August 2010 to December2014,all cases were randomly divided into observation group（41 cases）and control group（38 cases）,all cases were given routine nursing and 1.5T MRI,the observation group added with psychological nursing.Compared 1.5T MRI inspection mood changes,including rating anxiety scale（SAS）and depression（SDS）scores,the sleep quality score;blood pressure,heart rate changes;tension,the incidence of mobility artifacts,and its influence on clinical diagnosis in two groups.Results The level of SAS,SDS,sleep quality score were different between the groups（P〈0.05）.Before check,diastolic and systolic blood pressure and heart rate of the control group were significantly higher than the observation group（P〈0.05）.The incidence of emotional tension was 31.6%（12/38）in the observation group,and 9.6%（4/41）in the control group（P〈0.05）.The rate of mobility artifact meristematic was 15.8%（6/38）and 4.9%（2/41）in two groups.Influence rate for the clinical diagnosis was 13.2%（5/38）and 13.2%（1/41）in two groups（P〉0.05）.Conclusions Psychological nursing intervention in1.5T MRI check of rectal cancer can improve the SAS,SDS,sleep quality score,effective calm the nerves of patients on the base does not increase the patient＇s heart rate and blood pressure,and improve the effect of 1.5T MRI diagnosis,clinical application and dissemination value.
