针药结合治疗更年期失眠的作用及对患者血清FSH与E_2水平的影响

Effect of Acupuncture Combined with Medicine on Climacteric Insomnia and the Influence on Follicle Stumulating Hormone and Estradiol Levels

目的:观察针药结合治疗对更年期失眠患者睡眠质量及患者血清促卵泡激素(FSH)与雌二醇(E2)的影响,从而探讨针药结合治疗调节更年期失眠的作用及机理。方法:将符合纳入标准的70例更年期失眠患者根据随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各35例。对照组患者给予舒乐安定片口服治疗,连续4周;观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加以针刺治疗,连续4周。治疗后,观察针药结合治疗对更年期失眠患者睡眠质量及患者血清FSH与E_2水平的影响。结果:与治疗前比较,两组患者的匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)总积分与血清FSH水平均明显降低,差异显著(P<0.01);血清E2水平明显升高,差异显著(P<0.01)。与对照组比较,观察组患者的PSQI总积分与血清FSH水平均明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05);血清E2水平明显升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针药结合治疗可明显改善患者的睡眠质量,降低患者血清FSH水平,升高E2水平,说明其治疗更年期失眠具有较好的作用,其作用机理可能与调节患者雌激素水平有关。

Objective： To observe and analyze the influence of acupuncture combined with medicine therapy on sleep quality and follicle stumulating hormone（ FSH） and Estradiol（ E_2） in serum in climacteric insomnia patients,and to discuss the function and mechanism of acupuncture combined with medicine therapy for treating and regulating climacteric insomnia. Methods： 70 patients who conformed to the inclusion criteria of climacteric insomnia patients were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 35 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were only given Surazepam tablets by oral for 4 weeks,and the patients in the observation group took acupuncture treatment additionally for 4 weeks. After the implementation of two kinds of treatments,the sleep quality and FSH and E_2 levels in serum in two groups were observed,and the data were analyzed and compared. Results： Compared with those before treatment,the total scores of pittsburgh sleep quality index（ PSQI） and FSH in serum were both reduced obviously,but the E_2 level was raised evidently,and the diferences were statistically significant（ P〈0. 01）. Compared with those in the control group,in the observation group the total scores of PSQI and FSH levels in serum were lower（ P〈0. 01,P〈0. 05）,but the E_2 level was higher,and the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The acupuncture combined with medicine therapy can improve the sleep quality,reduce FSH level and raise E_2 level in serum among climacteric insomnia patients,which shows that the therapy has better effects on climacteric insomnia than the medicine only. The mechanism of action may be associated with adjusting the estrogen levels.
