摘要 为了解决红外点目标探测系统性能指标分配和确定问题,研究了红外点目标探测系统的检测概率、虚警概率和信噪比之间的约束关系,提出了其中涉及的一个重要函数——标准正态分布函数的工程计算方法.通过Excel来编制满足系统精度要求的标准正态分布函数的函数值表,采用查表插值的计算方法来计算系统的检测概率.分析结果表明:当系统信噪比大于10以后,继续增加信噪比对系统检测概率的改善并不明显.这为开展红外点目标探测系统性能指标的仿真分析和恒虚警检测准则下的多帧检测策略确定提供了参考. In order to solve the problem of the performance index allocation and their determination in infrared point target detection system, this paper studies the constraint relationship among the detection probability, false alarm probability and the SNR, and puts forward an engineering computation of standard normal distribution function, an important function related to the relation. By Excel, this paper tabulates the function value of the standard normal distribution that meets the requirements for the system accuracy, computes the detection probability of the system using the computation method of look-up and interpolation. Analyzed results show that the continuous increasing the SNR can not improve the system detection probability greatly, when the system SNR is greater than 10, which provides a reference for performing the simulation analysis of performance index and multi-frame detection strategy under the constant false alarm detection criterion in the infrared point target detection system.
