为了提高我院通信装备实践课教学效果、提升学员岗位任职能力,对短波电台实践教学中存在的教学条件相对薄弱、教学内容不够丰富、教学手段相对单一等问题进行了分析,从教学准备、内容组织、考核方法、师资建设等方面提出了改革措施.教学实践表明,这些措施是有效的.这为军校实战化课程建设提供了参考.

To improve the teaching effect of communication equipment practice class in our academy, and boost the cadets＇ ability of post-holding, this article analyzes the relative weakness of teaching conditions, shortage of teaching contents, single means of teaching and other problems existing in practice teaching of short-wave radio, this article proposes some reform measures in terms of the teaching preparation, arrangement of contents, appraisal methods and construction of teachers＇ team and other aspects. Teaching practice shows that these measures are of effectiveness, which can be a reference for the combat-oriented course construction.
