胶料热炼工艺对一种橡胶金属减振关节性能的影响

摘要 以一种橡胶金属减振关节为例,研究了开炼机热炼和螺杆挤出机热炼对产品性能的影响。结果表明,螺杆挤出机热炼工艺可以提高胶料温度,并且胶料的温度稳定性更好;螺杆挤出机热炼工艺产品的硫化程度更均匀,橡胶收缩率更小,刚度稳定性及耐疲劳性能更好。 Taking a metal-rubber damping joint as an example, the effects of open mixer thermal refining and screw extruder thermal refining on the properties of the product was studied. The results showed that the screw extruder thermal refining process can improve the rubber temperature and the rubber temperature stability. The cure degree of the product was more uniform, the rubber shrinkage was smaller, the stiffness stability and the fatigue performance was better.
