摘要
为拓展裂解原料,天津石化对化工部歧化尾气的裂解产物进行了标定。通过统计工艺参数与化验数据,分析了歧化尾气作为裂解原料时对收率和能耗的影响,并进行了综合经济效益评价。结果表明:歧化尾气用作裂解原料,与丙烷相比,虽丙烯收率下降,但氢气、乙烯收率显著增加。歧化尾气的应用拓宽了裂解原料来源,优化了原料结构,使天津石化充分发挥了炼化一体优势,降低了乙烯生产成本,实现了整体效益的最大化。
In order to expand the sources of ethylene cracking feedstock,SINOPEC Tianjin Company collected and evaluated the data of pyrolysis products obtained from the off-gas from disproportionation in petrochemical units.Based on process parameter statistics and analytical tests,the influence of the off-gas from disproportionation on product yields and energy consumption was analyzed,and the comprehensive economic benefit was evaluated.The results show that if the off-gas from disproportionation is used as ethylene cracking feedstock,the propylene yield will decrease while the hydrogen and ethylene yields will remarkably increase.The application of off-gas from disproportionation can expand the sources of ethylene cracking feedstock,optimize the feedstock structure,give full play to the advantages of refining and chemical integration,reduce the ethylene production cost and maximize the overall benefit.
