摘要
各船级社规定散货船配载仪要具有CSR剪力修正功能。国际船级社协会最新发布的《散货船油船协调版共同结构规范》于2015年7月1日生效,其中CSR剪力修正计算方法有所改变,为满足新规范的要求,采用"斜率修正法"计算舱室前后舱壁处的CSR剪力修正,根据货舱的装货高度及货物密度判断相邻2个舱室是否为"非均匀装载"载况,包括完整工况和单舱破损工况。采用"剪力修正分布系数二次修正法"确定舱室前后舱壁处剪力修正分布系数,舱室其他位置采用线性插值法计算剪力修正分布系数。以56 000 DWT散货船"太行128"及64 000 DWT"SPRING COSMOS"为例,开发配载仪程序,计算"重压载出港工况"及"1、3、5舱室隔舱装载工况"的CSR剪力修正值,和船舶设计软件NAPA计算值相比,相对误差在0.2%以下,证明所述方法的正确性,具有一定的工程实用价值。
Each classification society rules bulk loading computer should be able to calculate the CSR shear force correction SFC. "Common Structural Rules for Bulk Carriers and Oil Tankers" which published by International Association of Classification Societieson effective date 1 July 2015, CSR shear correction calculation methods are change, to meet the requirements of the new common structure Rules, "Slope correction method" is adopted to calculate SFC of the forward and aft bulkhead. According to the cargo loading height and the density of the goods to determine whether the two adjacent holds are "non-homogeneous loading conditions", including intact and flooding condition. "Shear force distribution coefficient two amendments method" is adopted to calculate SFC distribution coefficient at the forward and aft bulkhead, shear correction coefficient in other hold location is obtained by using the linear interpolation method.56000 DWT bulk carrier "Taihang 128" and 64000 DWT bulk carrier "SPRING COSMOS" was taken as an example, CSR shear force correction of "heavy ballast at departure loading condition" and "alternate loading in hold 1,3,5 at departure loading condition" were calculated. Compared with the value calculated by ship design software NAPA, all the relative errors are below 0.2%, method mentioned above is proved. The method has a certain practical application value.
