应收账款融资服务平台推广应用问题探讨——以河南省周口市为例

Discussion on the Promotion and Application of the Service Platform of Account Receivables Financing——A Case Study of Zhoukou City,Henan Province

应收账款融资服务平台为资金供需双方达成应收账款融资业务提供了良好的信息交流渠道。对中国人民银行周口市中心支行辖区内应收账款融资服务平台推广应用情况进行调研发现,平台功能不完善、金融机构和企业认可度不高等因素严重制约着平台进一步的推广和使用。今后,应加大宣传力度,优化平台功能,完善配套措施,加强信用环境建设等,以加快应收账款融资服务平台的推广应用。

The service platform of account receivables financing provides a good information exchange channel for both the fund supply and demand sides in terms of the account receivables financing business. Based on a survey made on the promotion and application of the service platform of account receivables financing in the administrated regions of Zhoukou City Central Sub- branch of People ＇s Bank of China,we have found that such factors as imperfect platform functions,poorly-recognized financial institutions and enterprises,seriously restrict the further promotion and application of the platform. In future,greater efforts should be taken in increasing publicity,optimizing the platform functions,improving the supporting measures,and strengthening the credit environment construction,so as to accelerate the promotion and application of accounts receivable financing service platform.
