摘要
在文献回顾的基础上,对商业银行的客户知识进行了界定和分类,探索性地提出了商业银行客户知识吸收能力的五维度模型,从仿生学视角阐述了吸收能力的构成,并基于仿生学吸收能力模型提出了均衡吸收知识、培养客户知识主管、构建和谐"内环境"、发挥"知识鲶鱼"作用等四项客户知识吸收能力提升策略,对商业银行核心竞争力的形成提供了借鉴。
Based on a review of the literature, the paper defines and classifies commercial bank customer knowledge,explanatorily proposes a five-dimension model for commercial bank customer knowledge absorptive capacity,describes the structure of absorptive capacity from the perspective of bionics,and proposes a four-customerknowledge absorptive capacity improvement strategy based on bionics absorptive capacity model,i. e. balanced absorption of knowledge, cultivating customer knowledge management-in-charge, creating harmonious internal environment,exerting the " knowledge catfish" role into play,which provides a reference to the core competitiveness of commercial banks.
