摘要
目的:利用超声清洗机对蔬菜进行清洗,以去除蔬菜上残留的有机农药。方法:取25 g样品和50 ml乙腈,在匀浆机中高速匀浆2 min后用滤纸过滤,滤液收集到装有氯化钠的具塞量筒中,激烈振荡1 min,静置30 min,使乙腈相和水相分离。取10.00 ml乙腈相,放入150 ml烧杯中,经净化后浓缩至1.0 ml,装瓶上机分析。结果:用超声清洗后的蔬菜表面的农药残留量要明显少于用水冲洗后的蔬菜表面的农药残留量。结论:超声清洗能有效去除蔬菜表面的农药残留。
We use the ultrasonic cleaning machine to wash vegetables,and remove the residual organic pesticides on vegetables. In the method,we put 25 g sample and 50 ml acetonitrile into a homogenizer with high speed homogenizer after 2 min filter paper,collect the filtrate with sodium chloride with plug cylinder,make intense oscillation 1min,static 30 min,and separate between acetonitrile and water. We take a 150 ml beaker,purified and concentrate to1. 0ml,bottling machine analysis. The result is that the amount of pesticide residues on the surface of vegetables after ultrasonic cleaning is significantly less than that of the pesticide residues on the surface of vegetables after washing with water.
