摘要
理论分析了铜合金中铜含量与铜合金(H62)中铜和锌光强比之间的关系。建立了火花源原子发射光谱测定铜合金(H62)中铜元素含量的方法,建立了铜含量测试工作曲线,线性相关系数为0.9875精密度测试RSD为0.13。对5个未知样品进行了测试,结果与碘量法分析结果一致。
Analysis of the relations between copper content and intensity ratio of copper and zinc. A method for determination of the copper in H62 copper alloy by using spark source atomic emission spectrometer is used. The linear correlation coefficient of copper calibration curve is 0. 9875 and RSD is 0. 13. The determination of results on five unknown samples is consistent with those obtained.
